HOW DO I GET MY STUDENT TO AND FROM CAMP?
Camp transportation sign-ups begin in June. Van safety regulations state that only 9-10 students may ride in a 15 passenger van so we need plenty of drivers. Rides are $30 round trip per camper. Pay for the ride the day you leave for camp. A church representative will be available in the parking lot for you to pay. Rides leave the church parking lot at 2:15 to arrive at camp by 4:15 (Registration begins at 4:00. Lines are long, so we arrive 15 minutes late) on Sundays of camp. Be 15 minutes early (2:00) to load the vans. Vans return to church around 3:30 on the end day of camp (Wed. for Trailblazers, Friday for other camps) If you live closer to
CAN I WRITE TO MY CAMPER?
You may write your camper while they are at camp. The address is Covenant Cedars Bible Camp,
HOW MUCH MONEY DO I SEND WITH MY CAMPER?
There is a store with clothing and smallish items. There is a canteen that is open a couple times a day to sell snacks. Crafts are available during activity time they are sold at reasonable rates. ($1+) There is an offering at the end of camp. Campers come with a wide range of amounts. They will turn in their money to camp. A money ticket will be issued to each camper’s counselor.

Use a luggage tag or something similar which includes your camper’s name and phone number.
WHAT ARE THE CABIN ARRANGEMENTS?
Cabin groups are formed based on who you write as a cabin mate for your camper. Groups of 10-12 campers are with a Christian teen or adult counselor. There are girls cabins and boys cabins and the campers sleep on bunk beds using bedding they have brought along.
